My goal is to provide cost control and bottom line profit, through insurance brokers, to the employers for whom I work and to train other Colonial agents to do the same. I have successful experience in positioning health insurance with worksite benefits, through an employer's current broker, to control or reduce health insurance premiums without decreasing benefits or additional burden to the employee. This, in conjunction with benefit communication that improves employee understanding and satisfaction with their benefit program and reduces employee turnover. Keith Johnson’s Specialties: I assist employers and their health insurance brokers in controlling health insurance premium, communicating benefits to employees, while assisting employees in managing their risks through the informed use of their benefits program.
